Main Purpose Of The Role
The TCS Graduate is responsible to support the SAF TCS Manager with coordination / administration of TCS related tasks to promote Total Customer Satisfaction and ensure adherence to Customer and Internal Requirements
Essential Responsibilities And Duties
As a TCS Graduate, your main responsibilities are to support / coordinate the following tasks for the SAF TCS Manager and Country Team :
TCS:
- Support with tracking of TCS APP tickets to ensure on time responses / reporting of results
- Assist with TCS Workshop arrangements / administration and consolidation of data for reporting
- Assist with TCS Training and Awareness Campaign materials / administration
- Assist to monitor AMS completion / close out on the system and follow up with Plants on outstanding information
- Assist with TCS Awareness training and promoting the TCS Culture
- Support with 8QB Audits and follow up on Action Plans Status
HSE / Covid Protocols: (Governance)
- Support with Arranging Remote Audits , compiling Audit reports and tracking of close out of gaps identified
- Assist with compiling / updating of any HSE reports
- Support with tracking / follow up of any open HSE tasks / gaps identified
NQC:
- Monitor Daily Scrap reports to detect any deviations from target. Liaise with Plants to obtain Convergence Plans / details of reasons for deviations.
- Assist to set up Scrap / NQC review sessions. Assist to track actions on convergence plans to monitor effectiveness / close out.
TCS / HSE Reporting:
- Monitor QSS and track any outstanding information / data not reported on time & overdue QPs
- Assist with consolidating of weekly Flash Reports and Monthly PODs with Plant Reporting personnel to ensure data accuracy and on time reporting.
- Follow up on Scrap Convergence Plans / Improvement Activities
- Ensure Program Quality Reporting conducted on time, escalation of non reporting / issues identified.
Qualifications And Position Requirements
- Education: National Diploma, Degree or equivalent qualification in quality / technical (Engineering).
- Knowledge and Experience :
- Established decisive team player
- Good Communication skills
- Solid Computer skills (Microsoft Office / Teams / Outlook, etc)
- Good Collaboration / administrative skills
- Able to work under pressure, assertive
- Languages: Proven oral and written communication skills with english
- Computer literate. Able to compile reporting / training materials in Microsoft Office environment.

The HR Graduate is responsible for providing quality HR compliance and administrative support to the HR Team.
The HR Graduate is responsible for general administration and all other task required by the HR Officer.
Essential Responsibilities And Duties
As an HR Graduate, your main responsibilities are as follow:
- General HR administration: Time management (SAP and clock-ins)
- Draft internal standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Recruitment and staffing: advertising, shortlisting, interviews and making offers
- Prepare new starter documentation and personnel record file and arrange for induction of new employees
- Daily HR reporting (absenteeism, overtime and headcount)
- Project Management: tracking progress, deadlines and priorities as required by Manager
- FES – Improvement Ideas
- Support the HR Officer with projects
- Support the HR Officer with executing strategic projects
- Support the HR Officer with performance management
- Support the HR Administrator with payroll
- Any other HR tasks assigned by the HR Officer/Manager
- Ensure that all payroll input or instructions are prepared and logged in time for the weekly and monthly payroll run and submit.to the payroll input or instruction to the Payroll Coordinator/Correspondence.
- Salary and wage input sheets and masterfile payroll input into payroll.
- Print and monitor distribution and delivery of payslips,
- Handling and managing payroll queries,
Qualifications And Position Requirements
- Education: Diploma/ B-Tech/ Honours in Human Resource Management or any related qualification from an accredited institution.
- Knowledge and Experience:
- Problem solving capabilities necessary to accomplish the duties and tasks of the position
- Atleast 1 year working experience
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Excellent organisational and planning skills
- Ability to effectively learn and acquire new knowledge and skills.
- Ability to share knowledge and work in a strong team-oriented environment.
