Millsaps College Football Schedule And Home Coming 2022/2023
Millsaps College is a private liberal arts college in Jackson, Mississippi that is ranked in the top 200 US liberal arts colleges for success. For all those who have been keeping their ears to the ground for Millsaps College Football Schedule 2022, the wait is over, as the Millsap football program has unveiled its schedule for the 2022 season.
The announcement was made on Wednesday revealing a series of packages we’d all been looking forward to. The schedule includes the Riverside Rumble set for Thursday, Sept. 1, and Homecoming Game which is slated for Saturday, Oct. 22 both at Harper Davis Field.
Full details will be communicated this summer ahead of the fall campaign pertaining to special events, ticket information, promotions, and everything you need to know as the 100th season of intercollegiate football will be celebrated. However, 10 matches UPS is scheduled to complete the slates with five home and away contests each, featuring seven Southern Athletic Association foes.
The Majors kick off the 2022 campaign by playing host to Belhaven in the Riverside Rumble, scheduled to begin at 6 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 1.
Millsaps will then trek to central Texas for a clash with the War Hawks of McMurry University on Saturday, Sept. 10. It will be the team’s 10th all-time meeting and first since 1998.
The Majors return home to face the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh in the teams’ first-ever meeting at Harper Davis Field on Sept. 17
Following a bye week, Millsaps will then make the trip to face Sewanee and open SAA play on Oct. 1.
The Hendrix Warriors are slated to visit Jackson for a battle on Oct. 8 while Millsaps continues its home-away cycle by making a trip to Birmingham-Southern the following week on Oct. 15.
Homecoming Weekend is set for Friday, Oct. 21 through Sunday, Oct. 23 with Homecoming Game featuring Rhodes College on Saturday.
Millsaps returns for a road contest at Berry College on Oct. 22 before returning home to face defending SAA champion Trinity University for Senior Day on Nov. 5.
The season concludes with a road trip and matchup slated for Centre College on Nov. 12. Live video and live stats will be available for all games on gomajors.com throughout the fall.
