About LHDA

The Lesotho Highlands Development Authority (LHDA) is charged with the responsibility for the implementation, operation, and maintenance of the Lesotho Highlands Water Project (LHWP) in Lesotho on behalf of the Governments of the Kingdom of Lesotho and the Republic of South Africa.
