Purpose
To actively manage the process of cleaning up/verification of all Stock Feed information received from the customers DMS system against the TransUnion Data set as well as the Auto Trader specific, whilst actively living the corporate value system.
What will you be doing:
- To ensure that all group customer stock feeds are processed and updated to the website either via the listing service or the listing importer tool.
- To ensure that the TransUnion data set is kept up to date.
- To ensure that the Auto Trader MMV list is kept up to date and to add additional items to the list where necessary.
- To escalate to the customer group should there be no stock processed for the day.
- To ensure any failed stock items are looked into and raised with the relevant groups or suppliers
- To verify on Manage and the website that all processed stock is displaying correctly
- To compile all competitor analysis data to the business
- To compile Group performance data to the Group Support executive
- To ensure handshake mails are sent out and any queries managed
- To ensure the Business Metrics are updated monthly
- To compile the Data Month End Report and send to the Tech Services Manager Monthly
- To Ensure all Reports are sent internally
- To assist the support teams with any MMV related query
- To handle 2nd tier group technical support queries
- To assist the Tech Services Manager with reasonable tasks from time to time
- To ensure datafeed stock count is updated for group billing and provided to finance when requested.
Who we are looking for:
- Must have matric or equivalent
- Advanced Office skills – Excel
- 2-3 years’ experience in a Data Administration role
- Knowledge of MS Excel(mandatory)
- Knowledge of Power Query – Beneficial
- Knowledge of MS SQL (be able to write queries) – Beneficial
- Knowledge in Manage Tool
- Knowledge of Data Feeds
- Knowledge of Smarter track
- Knowledge of Website Compliance
- Knowledge of Operations processes
- Knowledge of the Auto Trader website and Apps
- Knowledge of Customer Care protocols.
- Knowledge of the Auto Trader escalation processes.
- Knowledge of all Products and packages available to customers
- Knowledge of Power BI – Beneficial
- Knowledge of handshake mails
