Store Management Trainee Needed at AugustSecrets 2020

Our foods are gently formulated using 100% natural and locally sourced Nigerian ingredients that completely nourish the African Child; all done by implementing best practices advised by our in-house nutritionists who guide us on making the foods with the daily average nutrients a child needs from 6 months to 5 years. This also improves the lives of our local farmers.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Trainee, Store Management
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time
Responsibilities
- Finished Products: Take record and stock of inward and outward of all finished products.
- Package: Ensure recording and shipping of finished products to customers and locations.
- Reconciliation: Reconcile stock records to ascertain stock level, and prevent stock theft.
- Database, Register & Keys: Manage all relevant books and registers.
- Reporting: Compile reports on various aspects of changes in production or inventory
- Daily Stock Report: Provide daily, weekly and monthly reports of all stock.
- Asset Records: Take records of all assets and conduct audits of stock and property.
General Skills and Experience Requirements
- OND / HND / B.Sc / B.A Degree or equivalent
- Experience: 1 – 2
- Well-presented and professional.
- Prior experience in retail, preferably in a management position, would be advantageous.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be organized and punctual.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
