About Meru County

Meru County is one of the 47 counties of Kenya, located in the former Eastern Province. The county lies between 0° 6′ North and 0° 1′ South and between latitudes 37° West and 38° East.

Qualifications

• Be a resident of Meru County
• Be a Degree/Diploma holder
• Be an Artisan Certificate holder
• Between 21 and 35 years of age
• Have passion and experience in serving the local community
• Must be willing to commit their time to the assignment for the entire period of the programme
• Good communication and excellent writing skills in Swahili and English
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced dynamic working environment
• Creative and committed in the assignment of duties
• Readiness to be deployed to any workstation within the County.

Duration of Internship: Six (6) Months
