Tertiary School in Business Administration (TSiBA) is a unique business school that was established in 2004 and located in Woodstock. The institution is registered with the Department of Higher Education and Training.
TSIBA offers students undergraduate, postgraduate business qualifications, learnerships, and short courses. Their aim is to provide students with a high-quality and rewarding education through vocational training.

What Courses Are Offered At TSiBA?
Bachelor of Business Administration:
This degree is Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA) accredited and students are supported with tablet devices and data to gain access to a blended learning approach. All accepted students studying a BBA degree in 2021 will start in the first week of March 2021
The Basic Entry Requirements To Study This Degree Are:
- A National Senior Certificate (NSC) with Bachelors Pass or studying towards your NSC
- A minimum pass requirement of 40% or more in Mathematics or a minimum pass requirement of 60% or more in Mathematical Literacy
- A minimum pass requirement of 50% or more in English
- A minimum of 27 points is required to be eligible for entry to the TSiBA undergraduate degree
Higher Certificate in Business Administration:
This is a 9-month duration course and is a step toward students pursuing a Business of Bachelor of Administration Degree in entrepreneurial leadership. This programme is offered to students who have not met the minimum entry requirements of a BBA degree. Once students have completed this bridging course, you will gain access to completing a degree. Students registering for this course need A National Senior Certificate (NSC) with a Higher Certificate pass endorsement with a minimum of 20 points on the TSiBA Points System (TPS). All accepted students will start in the first week of March 2021.
Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration:
All post graduate Diploma qualifications are for a duration of 18 months which can be done through synchronous or asynchronous learning techniques. These blended techniques of learning provide a student-friendly experience in alignment with TSiBA’s morals of providing exceptional business education and global access to it. There is a limited number of spaces available for non-graduates with a minimum of ten years of working experience on recognition of prior learning.
Online interviews will also be conducted with those candidates that meet the following entry requirements:
- Three-year bachelor’s degree (or equivalent)
- A minimum of four years’ business experience at managerial level
- A minimum of ten years of work experience for recognition of prior learning applicants
How Are The Fees Structured At TSiBA?
All tuition fees are supported by scholarships which enable undergraduate students to contribute towards their education based on their affordability. This means that students only pay what they can afford thus removing any financial strain to achieving their educational qualification. There are two types of scholarships namely:
Full Scholarship – No fees are payable if the student’s parent/legal guardian’s monthly after tax household income is less than R350 000 per year. This means that the student will receive a full paid scholarship.
Partial Scholarship – Annual tuition fees for students whose parent/legal guardian’s monthly after tax household income is more than R35 000 but less than R55 650.
