Job Details
- We are looking to hire Photo Studio Managers for our studios in Lagos.
- The Photo Studio Manager is responsible for the overall operational efficiency of his/her assigned studio branch.
- This person will be tasked with the primary responsibility of analyzing and improving customer relationships and work to ensure quality delivery, productivity, and efficiency.
Job Functions include:
- Provide inspired leadership for the studio branch
- Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale
- Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company.
- Ensure customer satisfaction at all times
- Supervising, mentoring, training, and coaching front office staff and delegating assignments to ensure maximum productivity
- Driving revenue generation
Qualifications and Experience
- A minimum of BSc / HND in any area of study but preferably Business Administration
- At least 4 years of experience in office administration

- Effective communication
- Excellent computer skills, including a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
