PUBLIC TRANSPORT
- TCOE SALARY COMMENCING FROM R870 029 PER ANNUM
REQUIREMENTS:
- Relevant BCom/LLB / or BCom Law degree (or equivalent)
- Minimum five (5) years’ relevant experience in design or management of complex contracts
- Full range experience of professional and theoretical legal and contractual knowledge.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:
- Manage the processes associated with the development and design of public transportation contracts
- Develop and implement a contracts design management system in alignment with the City’s Contracts Management Framework and Contracts Management Guide
- Draft, consolidate and Manage all records, reports, correspondences and contract data relating to contracts design
- Develop and incorporate into the contract documents, a standardised and uniformed performance management regime
- Oversee all contract negotiation processes
- Analyse data and trends, measuring key performance indicators and update the service levels standards
- Develop and managing transversal branch reports
- Ensure compliance with Council’s Supply Chain Management policies and procedures.
- Research and develop an optimal company structures and business processes for public transport service providers.
- Control transversal, professional advisory support on projects and contracts.
- Coordinate the risk environment through an effective risk register which identifies, rates and records risk responses to strategic, financial, asset and compliance risks and assign the management of list risks.
