What You’ll Do:
- Pro-actively contribute to the development of catalogue project commercial exploitation strategies, marketing strategies and the implementation of these while maintaining all key stakeholder relationships.
- Demonstrate and commit to high levels of digital marketing proficiency with a view to constantly develop and update personal expertise in the application, implementation, management, analysis and delivery of best practice catalogue project marketing implementation and return on investment.
- Support all projects via effective consultation and with a highly organised approach, with a view to effective campaign management and implementation, considering our evolving landscape, as well as all factors affecting consumer buyer behaviour at every touch point, and the music industry at large.
- Regularly consult in the management of project budgets to ensure most effective product development and marketing implementation strategies and provide analysis of campaign effectiveness for future planning activity.
- Support with development and implementation of effective marketing and media strategies for all local and international catalogue projects to deliver an overall campaign that reflects the vision and goals of the project.
- Work with strategic team to implement appropriate strategy for online and mobile presence, with each project – co-ordinating promotional activity, including social media management, database interaction, online marketing and digital sales while growing new audiences for catalogue which align with strategic goals.
- Implementation of administrative tasks in support of the overall catalogue digitisation, label copy finalisation for production and product approval processes including new content creation, lyric videos and artwork for anniversary or other catalogue products, liaising as required with internal and external contacts to ensure deadlines are met.
- Consolidate a constructive team environment, by engaging in feedback and providing input to the team, simultaneously delivering on media impact targets and contributing to our collective industry capabilities by discussing and implementing effective promotional strategies.
Who You Are:
- Must have a relevant Marketing Degree or Diploma
- Broad knowledge of and appreciation for music across all genres both locally and internationally
- Knowledge of music market and consumer behaviours relevant to target audience
- Attention to detail
- Strong Negotiation skills
- Excellent communication skills at all levels – written and verbal
- Efficiently multi-task
- Must be Pro-active
- Computer literate – Microsoft and Excel
- Good Interpersonal Skills-Team player
- Ability to work on own initiative
